Shipping And Handling
Prices do not include postage and packing. Charges are as follows:

Credit card payments
We accept payment by credit card. Prices are charged in pounds sterling and will therefore be subject to the exchange rate prevailing at the time of payment. For details please contact your bank or finance company. Prices quoted in US$ are approximate and for guidance only.

The Tapestry Kit Collection is a subsidiary of Millennia Designs. Bank and credit card statements will identify Millennia Designs as the vendor.

Delivery Schedule
Please allow 14 working days for delivery to addresses within the UK. Please allow 28 working days for overseas orders.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock and may be delayed more than a few days, we will email you to let you know, with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. In any case, we will not take payment from your credit card until we are about to despatch your order to you.

Tax Charges
All prices are inclusive of all applicable UK taxes. Overseas customers may wish to check with their customs service to see whether additional import duties will apply. Any such duties are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns Policy

To qualify for a refund, kits must be unused and in perfect condition, and returned within 7 days of receipt. Depending on the terms of our suppliers a restocking fee of up to 15% of the cost of the kit may be charged, together with postage costs. Please contact us before making returns.

If any components are missing or faulty, then we will replace them free of charge. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We do not disclose buyers information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item.
